Voices of Users Conference
Giving users and Article 86 organizations a real voice in DSA enforcement
We are reaching out to organisations active under Article 86 of the EU Digital Services Act, as well as to Trusted Flaggers.
We believe that a regular practitioner-level exchange of practical experience with implementation, as well as with interfaces between platforms and regulators, would be valuable. We also hope this can help build a civil-society network that strengthens cooperation on user-rights enforcement and amplifies the voices of platform users.

What we would like to do
- Get to know other Article 86-Organizations and Trusted Flagger roles – finding partners, using synergies.
- Showcasing practical issues (e.g. dark pattering) and discussing solutions – sharing is caring and well spent resources are helping more users – helping to keep the freedom of the web.
- Decide when shall we meet again? In thunder, lightning or in sunshine? Is a regular forum helpful? What will be our next steps?
